Occasionally an item of urgent business may be considered
at a Committee or Board meeting and this will not show
up as a report on the agenda. To check, please scroll
to the 'Urgent Business' item found after ‘Key
Issues for Future Meetings’. If the cursor changes
from a hand tool to a pointing finger, a report is available
on the system and may be viewed by clicking as before.

section. Our minutes are archived by date and minute
number, all other documents are ordered by date. In
dating our documents we section them by financial year
from April to April. If you need help in accessing any
