| Outcome: | Tunbridge Wells Borough Council has a duty under the Planning (Listed buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 to preserve and enhance the character or appearance of Conservation Areas. The aim of the consultation was to identify public opinion about the Gravel Pit, the open areas of the common and perceptions of the bus shelters to assist the Parish Council and their partners in developing a clear vision for the future use and management of the public landscape of The Down. |
