This report monitors visitor traffic to Tunbridge Wells Borough Council's website on a quarterly basis. Results from the user satisfaction survey form part of the quarterly website report, providing visitors feedback of their visit to the council website. Comments received are forwarded to relevant departments for action and improvement. On-going improvements and developments in accordance with Central Government guidelines we researched and selected a new Website content management system to be implemented October 2005. |
