This report monitors visitor traffic to Tunbridge Wells Borough Council's website on a quarterly basis. Results from the user satisfaction survey form part of the quarterly website report, providing visitors feedback of their visit to the council website. Comments received are forwarded to relevant departments for action and improvement. This report demonstrates the number of visitors accessing council services and information online. Each month/quarter, visitor figures continue to rise, exceeding previous records. Furthermore this demonstrates the value level of investment made to its on-going development. |
